All items mailed by GDNS are now sent by Priority mail. Shipping and handling charges will be based on the actual cost of mailing with a small handling fee.
There are no exchanges or returns on stitch-painted canvases, unless the merchandise has been incorrectly sent or was damaged. Exchanges or returns on other items within 14 days will be given a store credit only, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless the merchandise shipped is incorrect, damaged, or in other than advertised condition.
