15 days, pay return shipping if don't like, we pay shipping for defective

All licensing sales are final.

Opened software is not returnable, unless there is a defect in the medium or software.  In such cases, the defective product may be returned within 7 days of invoice date for exchange of the same title only.

4. Security and Liability

Garden District Needlework Shop offers secure transactions with secure sockets layer (SSL) technology.  However, all users who provide online information should be aware that no computer or network system is fully secure.
